Elizabeth Gardner is a seasoned project and program manager professional for higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations with the ability to work seamlessly between present and future state using project management methodology.  She also has experience in economic, community and small business development where she directed, planned and managed programs for minority and women owned businesses while implementing strategies to elevate economic opportunities.

Elizabeth has strong civic ties to her community and serves on numerous non-profit boards including co-founding a local civic organization, The Woodlawn Community Summit, a progressive volunteer led initiative that drives the collaboration of community stakeholders in order to promote the comprehensive growth and well-being of communities located on the south side of Chicago.  She has received numerous awards and accolades for her nonprofit volunteer efforts.

Elizabeth hails from Indianapolis, Indiana and is an alumnus of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.  She holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB).  She is an avid reader, enjoys sewing and loves the outdoors including, biking, hiking and swimming.
